Exercising is supposed to keep in shape can sometimes cause uncomfortable side effects. One is the sense of dizziness or vertigo that could end with fainting.
Cause of the condition could be because blood accumulates in the legs when we stand up, overheating, or we suddenly stop the exercise.
Unfortunately, the shape of our body, the more likely we are to experience dizziness or spinning head during exercise. This is because exercise increases the size of the ventricles of the heart, but also can reduce blood flow to the heart after standing for a long time.
"If the blood returning to the heart a little, the blood oxygen is added, and the brain does not like it. After a few minutes, we will feel dizzy. Dehydration and low blood sugar levels can also lead to this," said Christopher Minson, an expert in human physiology from University of Oregon.
To prevent this, keep moving after exercise or sitting. Although it seems the opposite, doing so could push the blood back to the heart.
