When we are sick, our limbs can not function optimally. Sick people usually feel pain in certain body parts that make people feel lazy to move or exercise. In fact, the exercise mild to moderate, sick people would sooner be healthy. However, this does not apply to all types of diseases. When you have a cold without fever, mild to moderate exercise it will help you to recover more quickly. Light exercise will help your respiratory tract. But if you feel that pain is the body below the neck, postpone your desire to exercise. Also if you feel extreme fatigue, do not force yourself to exercise.

Exercise option you can do of course have to be adjusted to your ability. You can consult your personal physician. If you decide to do the exercise as you see fit, you have to be very clever to read body signals. If after exercising your pain worse, stop. Wait until your condition is getting better.
